Why we value your privacy

We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we are committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We are uncomfortable with the information companies, governments, and other organisations keep on file, so we ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We will never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we will never give anyone access to it unless we are forced to by law.

How we collect information

We ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, on our website so that we can reply to your enquiry.

Our website does not use cookies or scripts that were designed to track the websites you visit. We do not use analytics or native social media ‘like’ or ‘sharing’ buttons which also build profiles of your internet activity.

We ask for your address and contact information when you request a quotation or purchase our services.

What information we hold

  • When you contact us by email or through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the company you work for, if it is relevant and you have provided that information.
  • We may ask for your address at the point of a quotation so we may come and look at the property.
  • When you purchase our services from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and address and/or business address.
  • If you do business with us, we keep records of the invoices we send you and the payments you make.
  • All payments are processed by bank transfer, cash or via Paypal on our website, we never have access to your credit card information. The payment method is your choice.

Where we store your information

When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your information in Squeegee, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This is market leading software designed specifically for window cleaners. We chose this system partly for its commitment to security. Squeegee is a worldwide organisation with servers in the UK, Europe, and the US. Squeegee will not provide your information to third parties unless you have provided your express consent, or they are required to by law to comply with court orders. By using our services, you are agreeing to have your data held in the Squeegee software.

What we use your information for

We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications and we won’t send them to you again. We might also email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.

Who might we share your information with
  • Debt collection agencies or other debt-recovery organisations
  • Law enforcement agencies, government bodies, regulatory organisations, courts or other public authorities if we have to, or are authorised to by law
  • A third party or body where such disclosure is required to satisfy any applicable law, or other legal or regulatory requirement

When we store information in our own systems, only the people who need it have access. Our management team have access to everything you have provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.

We restrict access only to people who need it. Our mobile devices are also protected by a biometric fingerprint recognition and facial recognition and any applications we use are password protected.
